It’s not like me to put up so many short posts, but I just have to share this hilarious music video that was originally aired on September 29 on NBC’s Saturday Night Live:

Fantastic Mahmoud Ahmadinejad impression.

Oh, and I just love this part:

We can take a trip to the animal zoo
And laugh at all the funny things that animals do

I’m totally using that line on a girl one day.

“Iran So Far Away” is actually a pretty good song, despite it’s comically odd, homosexual subject matter. Andy Samberg, you’re a genius.

NBC pulled the video from the SNL web site because the song used an unauthorized sample from an Aphex Twin song.

amal	hahahhahah weird funny silly someone has clerly got empty time in their hands to make such meaningless video. I laughed so hard at the part were he was wearing a red dress and laying on the piano hahahah I wonder what the leader of iran would say to it ?hmm I am so going to tell shahrzad about this and see what she thinks of the video hahhaha

Hasan	I’m thinking Ahmadinejad would like it because it shows not everyone in America hates him. Maybe he’ll feel loved?

amal	hasan are you being serious? religious iranin shias would be sickened by it . their a little uptight like that .( I used to be a shia born in iran , grown up with iranin shias in the mosque) the religious ones anyway. sometimes I question does being ‘holy’ mean you have to be uptight about everything ?

Hasan	Ha ha, no. I’m not being serious. I think he has more important things to worry about, like half the world ganging up on him, to spend much time thinking about this. But still, you would have to be really uptight not to find it one bit funny, even if it’s a joke about you. Uptight people make the world a boring place.

amal	and yeah hiiiiiiiiiii to you to ! hasan you get some weirdos visiting your blog hahah I always do that , people write stuff and I am never sure wether their being funny or serious . after I finished writing the comment I was like thinking hmm I dont think he was being serious .
